The Technical Assistance staff is available for one-on-one consultations for any district completing a D.A.T.E. application. During these consultations, our staff can apply lessons learned from earlier D.A.T.E. cycles and help districts align their D.A.T.E. programs according to their needs. These services can take multiple forms including:

  • Emailing completed applications for review*
  • On-campus site visits
  • Conference calls with D.A.T.E. committee members

In order to schedule a consultation, call the center (512) 579-5050 or email us. With the March 9 Cycle 2 deadline fast approaching, the technical assistance staff is ready to provide whatever aid is needed to make the application process as smooth and effective as possible. Please, do not hesitate to call or email us with any questions or concerns that you might have.

*As a reminder, our staff is not TEA. Our recommendations do not guarantee TEA approval of the grant application.
